What are the odds any of these countries ships actually defend them? Am I being overly negative? Or are they basically glorified rescue boats for when Israel attacks?

no chance! Italian boats went back to Italy and Spain will not enter the palestinian territorial waters........
they're left alone to face the Zionist attack!

No news of the drones. But as Egypt welcomed the so called plan peace, they won't help.
