While it’s at best a hazard for a battery to eject on an urban highway, this would be really bad if it happened on a busy city street or even start forest fires in rural/heavily forested areas.

Well, there are a lot of these batteries catching on fire around the world all the time, and very seldom does anything like this happen. I just don’t want people thinking that Chinese EVs aren’t safe.
