There's going to be a lot of flag flames going up just to immediately push this up to the supremes - can't wait to hear how they twist their jurisprudence into knots trying to back him.
Wait...does desecration extend to flying it upside down? I seem to recall a certain justice having that happen at his house.
Not against the law, and the Exec branch cannot legislate. So....
