That is hard. It's a tie between Jack stack and Gates. If it's everyday dipping like this Jack Stack Is good. If I'm making a sandwich with some smoked ham or turkey then I like Gates.

To me Jack Stack is dinner BBQ and Gates is lunch BBQ. That's not to say I haven't had either these in the reverse order.

I'm not sure if you can get it outside of the UK, but I always loved Red's Unholy BBQ Sauce.
