Welcome to the club. Both of my cars have substantial hail damage. I gave up trying to fix it after I sourced a new, undenied hood, installed it, and it got hail damage on it a week later 🥲

I have heard that some hail damage can work it's way out on a particularly hot summer day if the dimples aren't too deep. Just park it out in the sun for a few days.
