Texans. I grew up in your deserts. My baby sister starts at a Texas university this fall.

Greg’s lost the plot. What happened to Texans who believed government should mind its own business? To cowboys who stood for family and neighbors?

Your duly elected Dem reps are buying you time. Your governor’s desperate to unseat them.

There’ve been moments in history when people had to stop everything. To gather, to be seen, to demand better.

This feels like one of those moments.

Im hoping to pass information to my family in the state, are there protsests starting yet?

Was this ever a thing? Republicans have long wanted to be in personal business - policing sex and family life, what can be taught for biology, parking minimums, blah blah blah

There's a difference between the party's politicians, whom you described, and the rank and file voters who want small government. The reason the politicians always succeed in lying to the voters about what they intend to do, is that they appeal to the racist hatred that trumps everything else.
