Oh yeah so what I really wanted to say was that I now want to steal this phrase because I did always sort of hate the "swear on something" thing and dad's sardines are cute substitute. I'll take suggestions for others though lol
I very vividly remember my grandpa eating them regularly for lunch, and being mortified because the heads were still on. Idk if I would swear on them/by them though lol
