my hate hit a bit different... i had sticks of garlic gum i would swap out w/ my big red.

People have tried it on me in primary school, but I've felt nothing. I thought the joke was they were holding the gum really hard.

What are these?
they're basically tiny mouse traps so when you grab the gum it snaps on your fingers and causes a little sting.
Those are a thing too, but the shock gum actually spins a little motor to vibrate the stick of "gum" to make it feel like you're being shocked.
Apparently y'all got lucky. The ones used on me had a plastic roach attached to the end of it. Made it look and feel like one of the bastards had jumped on my finger.
Oh, it's not a real (albeit miniscule) shock? Disappointing.
My brother got me one of these for my last birthday and we've had a stupid amount of fun with it!
Mine is letting people borrow my pen and not getting it back. =\
I want my Wrigleys back :(
