He doesn't know what that is.
He sure as hell has backed due process for himself throughout his felonious lifetime
Literally fucking abused it to keep himself out of trouble just to get elected and say "I don't know. If it's for me sure, but for some Mexican? Nah."
Dare I say we would be entirely justified in calls to "lock him up" then?
He doesn't know if he needs a trial any more so let's take him up on it
Can we please just impeach and convict this orange turd already?
No, because the senate and congress majority are full of traitors who should be hung for treason.
After they receive their due process first however. Then the hangings.
Fuck. I really do hate the GOP right now and every single enabler for the American Taliban.
Including all the "I won't vote for genocide!" enablers here.
‘Take the guns first, go through due process second’ - Trump in 2018
The answer is obvious. He doesn't support due process
Yep. If you even have to pretend to think about it, you don't.
The convicted felon is unsure about due process huh?
Nno, the president of the USA doesn't understand the absolute core of American values. The most basic principles. He's probably never even heard of them.
At least the ones that we used to have.
Some still do.
Others understand them but are willing to throw them away because they think this is all a game, and have forgotten what having values even means.
Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection and Other Rights
Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
The Supreme Court effectively nullified that amendment to protect Trump.
People really take that ruling too far. It's not as broad is people seem to think.
Oath
Thats not news, due process is among many things trump doesn't know.
Well he has never in his life backed up a promise
Why should a Solum Oath be an exception?
And moderates would rather this stain on humanity have power than vote for any policy that helps the masses.
