This is a highly misleading post.
They are only counting first preferences in a ranked choice system. If you check the 2 party preferred ( if voters ONLY had 2 choices, it's 54% majority https://tallyroom.aec.gov.au/HouseDefault-31496.htm)
It is not as the greens are not represented in the Australian parliament even though they received 12.2% of the vote.
This is a misleading post. Even operating entirely within the flawed framework of electoral politics, the ALP does not have 100% of the power in the government, as Australia has a bicameral parliament and Labor does not control enough senate seats to pass its own legislation without the assistance of other parties/independent senators.

First-choices lead to a proportional amount of government-provided party funding, at least.
