The article completely drifts off. It doesn't go into explaining the female gaze and why men have such a weirdly hard time wrapping their head around why women prefer different things than they do, but suddenly starts detailing how women are drilled into adjusting for the male gaze.

This actually is great advice for men whose fitness goal is getting laid, namely that women usually aren't that interested in jacked up roid apes, unlike other dudes.

(Also all the dudes disagreeing are admitting they find the male body sexually attractive in at least some way but that's just my sexuality spectrum pilled opinion)

I personally learned it years ago from shojos but the other advice those usually give is being pretty instead of handsome.
