I don't understand your explanation of your habit. It comes off as you don't like vegetables and are choking them down to get to what you like. Is that a correct interpretation? My wife just made the best dinner and all three items were green vegetables.
It's not that I don't like them but if I have a choice of eating vegetables VS eating a steak, I'd rather eat the steak
I sprint stairs. Always. 3-5 a time, always have always will (until that future fateful day....)
Sprint up or sprint down? Cuz 5 stairs at a time up is mad talent
Five stairs at time down would break my ankles
Sproingy!
Never drinking too much. I have self control when it comes to that, but not food lol.
I make good pastries
I require physical evidence.
I weightlift 5 days a week, I only eat whole foods with veggies at every meal and always brush my teeth before bed.
I always get my coffee ready for the next day before I go to bed. Makes it easier to wake up on time when you know you have fresh coffee waiting!
Always finish a shower with cold water!
I always undo my laces before taking off my trainers.
No matter how tired I am, I always take a few seconds to untie my laces, because if I don't I'll wear through the heels and then I'll need new trainers.
I couldn't think of any good habits at all, but I do this too, so thanks. That's my best habit too.
Write down sudden ideas for memes and other stuff even when trying to fall asleep.
I do yoga twice a week
I'm good with general personal upkeep. Always do the dishes right after every meal, always shower daily, brush my teeth twice a day, etc. I also try to have vegetables every meal, but sometimes I will skip if I'm too lazy to cook vegetables (I'm also not too sure as to what constitutes "eating your veggies" tbh—do onions count? What about tomato sauce? etc)
