I prefer being defederated from Grad/Hexbear Generally apart from that its nice to be ablento upload images, and having good uptime and speeds in europe is a plus.

I don't think Melroy's instance allows viewing without an account, does it? I get redirected to the login page any time I go there. That includes trying to visit the above federation link.
