I wonder if this is all a game with Donald and the billionaires.

Elon fucks shit up in Federal Government.. Donald gets “mad”.. let’s pretend Elon and Donald is in a marriage dispute for Tesler can be up.

Donald talks smack about Amazon, people say yay Amazon.. but it’s all lies.

At this point it is becoming a pro-wrestling plotline, so why not? Donald has experience.

Trump does have experience in the WWF(WWE). I remember him actually involved in the wrestling. I don't remember what it was exactly. Maybe a chair across the back or something. It was back when he was building his "brand" to what it is today. Stunts like that made him very popular with the average person.

I wasn't watching wrestling at the time, but I think he was involved for awhile, more than just a chair to the back. I think WWF and The Apprentice were how he came to be seen as a tough guy and a good businessman by his base. It's darkly hilarious, yet saddening.

He makes back to the future, and idiocraty look like documentaries.

I just remember a time when he actually went ringside to join the performance. I don't think he did it often, but he did have a lot of shady dealings with McMahon.

The apprentice is definitely the crown jewel of the trump brand and is what solidified him with the strong man persona.

Oh man.

What did this idiot give Bezos I wonder?

He's the worst negotiator in the history of US presidents.

[-] lupusblackfur@lemmy.world 28 points 16 hours ago

Mafia Don Mangolini was not required to give Bezos anything here...

Bezos just automatically (re)-bent the knee to stave off any future "problems" when he realized he'd pissed off Chump.

Obeyance in advance.

This is what... Second, third, fourth time Bezos has kissed the...."ring"...

🙄 🤷‍♂️ 🤡 🖕 🖕

[-] Kbobabob@lemmy.world 9 points 15 hours ago

It was probably somewhere among the lines of, " no more satellite launches until...."

[-] null_dot@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 14 hours ago

I very much doubt that.

There's blood in the water. Trump would be pretty desperate for this to go his way.

[-] Inaminate_Carbon_Rod@lemmy.world 3 points 13 hours ago

When you put ring in inverted commas I really hope you are talking about Trump’s chocolate starfish.

[-] RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world 4 points 14 hours ago* (last edited 13 hours ago)

Nothing he won’t take back in 5 minutes.

[-] Lasherz12@lemmy.world 20 points 16 hours ago

Bezos when someone hacks his phone and threatens to leak his dick pics, "Do it coward, I stand up to bullies." Bezos when Trump calls him, "Yes sir, thank you sir. You're going to look the other way on all the labor violations right?"

Money well spent, eh Jeff?
