I can recommend this Ukrainian Cloud Gaming Provider: https://boosteroid.com/ Works with your steam account, so you can play all games on your steam account with high end graphic cards on ultra setting and don't need to buy expensive hardware yourself just to play video games.

Boosteroid was established in 2016 in Ukraine and launched commercially in 2019. Currently, the company is headquartered in Austin, Texas with its main R&D office based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and several local entities operating in the EU. As of early 2025, Boosteroid has a team of 120+ people.

They once were an Ukrainian company, but currently they're American with some satellite offices in the EU, it seems.
