it worked because i selected english i guess. undetermined was already on.

Yeah...looking into Lemmy because Reddit is fk US PoS. Now that I understood how Lemmy works, how servers and federations work, it's really not that much of a difference tbh. But for newbies I understand that having to choose a server looks daunting ("what server is the right one for me? Naaah...too complicated!").
Nowadays I just go with
