Then you look at the clock and it is midnight. You say to yourself "I better go to bed." It is then 2 am before you go to bed.
Write it down? That way you won't have to do it right now AND you won't think about it. Probably.
Exactly this. And writing it down gets it out of your head so you won’t do the old ADHD Loop the Loop about it
From a productivity perspective it's a good idea to leave a task unfinished because it gives you a place to start in the morning.
That doesn't work for everyone, but perhaps it will help you.
