Lemmy.world is defederated from Hexbear.net. You can make an account on Hexbear.net or an instance federated with Hexbear.net, like Lemmy.ml or otherwise. Voyager has nothing to do with it, my partner uses Voyager for Hexbear.
You probably do not want hexbear.net. Their instance is devoted so entirely to a type of political and interpersonal behavior that is so insufferable that you'll find them defederated from almost everywhere.
They're not without merit. !art@hexbear.net is quite nice. But if you plan to use Lemmy for talking with other people, I would steer clear.
It's more that Hexbear doesn't make apologies for being largely made up of Marxists and Anarchists. I enjoy my time there quite a lot as a Marxist, where I don't really see constant fighting like I do on the rest of the fediverse. Like you hinted at, the non-political communities are very nice, such as !games@hexbear.net, and that's generally because the people are nice, just tired of having to debate everyone to justify their existence. For me, I also find the political communities nice as well.

I'm not trying to join with the popular kids in being extraneously mean to Hexbear for no reason, just giving an honest answer to someone who was asking a pretty sensible question. But saying they are free of the constant fighting that plagues the rest of the Lemmy experience is like saying you like living at the bottom of the ocean because the sunrises are nice.
I said I don't see constant fighting, struggle sessions crop up from time to time, like the one you linked from several months ago, and moreover these are the kinds of struggles from having humans together, not justifying the existence of Marxists and Anarchists. Pretty clearly a different matter entirely.
Elsewhere on Lemmy, liberal vs leftist fighting is constant. This happens infrequently on Hexbear, when a liberal walks in, but this is usually entirely avoidable. Furthermore, bigotry is taken far more seriously than it is on many other instances, which is a big bonus for me.

I think you're being very dismissive of what I'm trying to say. Hexbear is a space for Marxists and Anarchists, that's a part of the rules. It doesn't hide that at all, and good-faith visitors are welcomed even if they aren't Marxists or Anarchists. The English speaking internet is overwhelmingly dominated by liberal narratives, so it's genuinely nice to have a space for leftists. As a result, there is very little fighting, except for occasional instance drama.
I don't see why a space made by Leftists for Leftists needs to be accomodating for people hostile to Leftists, or why enforcing those rules is tantamount to "fighting."

I don't see the point in doing so, you aren't really a Hexbear user to begin with. I'm not sure what you're trying to say about it other than that it appears you wish they were more open to non-Leftists when that's antithetical to the purpose of the instance, as a safe space for Leftists.

Defederation should only be considered as a last resort. However, based on their comments and behavior, no positive outcomes can be expected.

There's a reddit.world? I don't think I would choose that. I don't know, what you (and the few others) posted about hexbear seemed negative? I don't understand Marxism or anything like that. It just seemed to me like everyone was against it and I figured that I wouldn't be welcome there because I'm not sure I share their views, and I'm not sure how it works on the app either, if I can have both sides available to view at the same time.
