Honestly I would try to get most of your apps from F-droid. F-droid only has free and open source software which means it is typically much less sketchy.

I don't think anyone actually cares about Venezuela all that much. It is such a small country that it probably isn't even on the radar of the majority of websites.
They care enough to impose illegal sanctions and attempt multiple coups.
