At this point, world leaders know that his geopolitical posturing about war is mostly talk. Trump has no interest in foreign wars, as they're costly and mostly fruitless. He'll take potshots when he wants to be a bully, but he'll never invade anywhere like that.

He doesn't need this to stay relevant. He is just poking for weakness, and the best thing they can do is not budge. If they remain strong, he'll leave them alone, but if they take his nonsense seriously, he'll fuck with them when things are no longer nonsense
