Third cut cable by a ship from russia (or with russian captain).
Scandinavians: "We just don't know what happened!"
If this was dragged off with an anchor or similar it's a fucking declaration of war.

Not that I want to defend Russians here—but at surface-level, this appears to be the second Chinese ship in a row to do something like this.
With a Russian captain again as well?
I don't actually know where the information about the Russian captain is coming from.
It's just that they fly a flag of convenience, but the crew, apparently is mostly Russian.
It's one thing to know and another one to speak out loud.
I feel we are way beyond that point.
It's a weird timeline to be when we likely gonna be at war against an axis of usa+china+russia vs the rest of the world.
That seems like a ridiculously unlikely alliance. What on earth would make USA + Russia + China team up like that?
Trump, is what they're trying to say I think.
The USA will stay isolationist for 4 years while Trump is in office, then swoop in late in time for victory just like they do every World War.
I mean if it's a problem for you we'll just sit the next one out, let y'all keep all the glory.
I’d rather everybody sit this one out. People have forgotten how bad true world war is.
Capitalisation matters.
The context should tell people it's obviously megawatts, but a gentle reminder how capitalisation matters; "mw" isn't a SI unit technically, as the SI system capitalizes units which are named after people, so W for watt, named after Watt.
Lowercase m is the prefix for "milli-", meaning 1/1000th. Uppercase M is for "mega-" as in 1 000 000.
So 650 MW.
