It wasn't the killing that ignited the anger. Journalists keep getting that wrong.
The article's pretty clear on that, it's more a title problem, ergo, an editor problem.
I wouldn’t call it patient anger; we’ve run out of patience.
I'm pretty sure people were angry before, hence the UHC CEO getting killed with engaged bullets.
