This may be a very stupid comment to make, but what strikes me as very odd is that if the same thing happened in Ukraine, the car would turn around and go anywhere else to seek shelter instead of calmly going towards the incident. The magnitudes of terror are vastly different.

I mean, it already exploded, and it's not THAT far from the road.
If it were me, id set a new speed record for the fastest U-turn and gather several speeding tickets on my way to literally anywhere else, but I haven't been living in a warzone for the last few years. People get used to the weirdest shit.
