You mean Democrats are spineless and only ever "cared" because it scored them political points? I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you!

it was mainly just two reps. Tom Suozzi (NY 3rd district, north west Long Island) and Seth Moulton (MA 6th district, north east of Boston).

If I had to guess they were listening to people who thought the trans support was a serious cause for low turn out and wanted to get out ahead and raise their profiles by attaching them selves to the theory.
