There aren't any other actors out there that could do the voice?
It sounds like he only has one single line of dialogue, so it seems kinda pointless to go through the whole process of casting and recording for such a small amount of work.
Not for free.
Every once in a while I’ll see the sentiment that this generation isn’t allowed to have a future (saw it again the other day which is why it’s fresh). Things like this show how accurate that is.
