Ass Band Rule

An illustration, in early twentieth-century style, of four pairs of legs dressed in marching band attire, with exposed buttocks. Torsos are absent, and upon the bottoms are placed marching band hats. Between each pair of buttocks is inserted a brass instrument. On the bottom of the image is a caption in cursive print.
