Week 37 Intro and Weekly Discussion: Regional Favorite

I just pulled some zucchini bread (mare with zucchini from a co-worker's garden) which i think is fitting for the Midwest. My buckeye bunst cake was also very fitting for Ohio, but i think I can do better. I'm gonna get some pictures of the zucchini bread just in case, but i think i can pull off something good here.
