People have been putting up fake ads to call out Loblaws. So this likely is a real, unaltered photo but a fake ad
This would be maybe a little funny if it wasn't loblaws. In this case it's a request to steal food from them.
I mean, they obviously didn't put up this ad. It's hilarious and well done, but it's pasted over top of the glass.
