Strawberry honey butter! My first attempt at this recipe from the Ball canning website. It's delicious, think it'll go great on waffles and ice cream! It's a bit runny, but that's fine!

That looks wonderful. Did you need particular equipment or does the Ball canning recipe just use common kitchen tools?

You just need a tall deep pot, something to keep the jars off the bottom of the pot directly, and a way of getting the jars in and out. There's equipment for that, but you don't have to use it as long as everything works. I have the equipment because I do enough canning to justify it's own special pot/tongs/things.

I've never had that but just the idea made my mouth literally start watering. I hope it's as good as it is in my head, so that you can enjoy the heck out of your work :)
