There are alot of illegal content out there but are there any that are legal and host legal torrents? or did they all shut down? I want to use qbittorrent but i also want thing sto be legal and not have my ip adress leaked.

TBH, this is the first time I’ve ever heard of legal torrent sites. I know LibreOffice makes its product available via torrenting, but that’s really about it.

There's also Ubuntu and Blender movies. Not sure if there's any others. (Kind of a shame cause torrenting doesn't have to be associated with piracy.)

archive.org is one. But keep in mind that your address will still be seen whatever torrent site you use unless you are hiding behind vpn.
