Pretty fun little game, though it is “short” by some standards, though replayable.

It's definitely worth the $3 tho

That's the price of a McDonalds hashbrown, so I'd say it's definitely worth it

It's actually good considering it's not screwing over game devs by taking a huge cut of their profits, and it's open source.

It would be good if successful Godot developers contributed to development or financially instead of leaching off of it

I don't think you understand the core concepts of open source.

You say that yet I have contributed to open source software. They are allowed to do what they want with it for free but from a moral sense they should contribute back to projects that they benefit from.

It's a new thing for a game using Godot to be a bestseller.

[-] RobotFK 11 points 9 months ago

Ad infernum and Wrought Flesh used it too :)

[-] Ethalis@jlai.lu 13 points 9 months ago

I think Brotato uses it too

Also Cassete Beasts, Halls of Torment, and Dome Keeper.

It’s neither good nor bad for the game. Good for the game development community overall though.

Any idea if its steam deck compatible?

[-] S3mI@sh.itjust.works 8 points 9 months ago

Was playing it on my Deck just fine last night. It takes a few minutes to get used to but there is a controller mode.
