The only thing dumber than the buyer, is the seller kept replying.

Just let stupid people go, especially since it's a fucking house they're selling on Facebook.

Like, what kind of person decides they want to deal with Facebook users directly when selling a house?

I think what they mean is after the first wtf reply, just drop it. If they actually want it or mistook the convo for someone else's, they can come back and go, "oh wait, the sale, yea still interested".

IMO the seller disn't over-respond, though. Pointing out that you might not be the right target for that reply is totally appropriate.
