I think i have a vague memory of seeing a joke like this back before I actually knew the first thing about Stargate, so I don't think I can really count this one as OC

I'm not fond of Tau'ri. It's essentially the name given by humanity's slavers. Especially since the Goa'uld have been defeated and we learned of humanity's true origin, I would prefer we use a name that celebrates who humanity is on their own, rather than who the slavers wanted to make of them.
