Tbh, I don’t see how gender identity can be benign in a world where we still see so much discrimination and hatred against such ideas, but I am glad it was in this persons household. Though even then, I am not sure if it’s truly ever “benign”, it’s part of one’s self actualization and therefore meaningful and impactful for the person experiencing it

See, children are not born with Daily Wire subscriptions... Having weird hang-ups about other peoples' gender identities is learned.

"children are not born with Daily Wire subscriptions" is one of the most eloquent ways I've ever seen someone express the idea that children don't hate until they are taught to.
