what to do with burnt leaves?

Like the title says. My plant has some burnt leaves, not sure due to the sun or too much nutrition. Either way, the four of five biggest leaves of this plant are like this. I recon they still provide the plant with energy so I should leave them on? Or should I remove them? What are your thoughts.
I would remove them so the plant puts the energy into developing healthy leaves that are more efficient at photosynthesis.
