MODERATORS
I feel stress when my family members call or text me at work, and it feels a lot more cathartic and validating to me to listen to something aggressive like hardcore music as opposed to calm corporate-friendly music. I can't imagine this doing anything but escalate my stress levels, but I understand it might be different for others.
