This happens to me when I'm using my browser (Firefox). Have to click the upvote a few times for it to persistently register.
If I may suggest to click it once and wait for it to register, Lemmy server will receive the request but it will take a little time to register due to server load. I suspect multiple clicks will toggle the upvote on and off.
Yes, it actually seems to work the first time even if itβs not displaying correctly.
Yes, that's sensible advice for impatient people like me. :-)
