Regarding Blackreach (this includes spoilers):

I think that is the dwarf "subterranean" terrarium. I think there is a Elder Scroll quest where the crazy guy north of the college of winterhold (lives in an iceberg) asks you to go. I don't think there are any other uses except maybe to try to get the "2 potions for 1 set of ingredients" perk.I have never figured out what to do with Dravins Bow underneath the thieves guild.
Dravin lives in Merryweather Farm just north of Riften, he'll gift you gems and the like for returning his bow.
Other than being one of the single most beautiful settings in the entire game, you mean. 🤓
