I've mostly gotten glazed/confused/vaguely frightened looks from people who've asked about my shoes, or when conversations about footwear have come up. (I'm not stopping people on the street and proselytizing mind you.)

Do you have to fight the urge to approach people wearing shoes with 4-inch thick soles, shouting, "Vivo saves!!" ๐Ÿ˜

What's your experience been when discussing your footwear with 'civilians'? ๐Ÿค”

I wear shoes from groundies. Tried a lot of brands, all didn't suit me. These are so subtile and minimal that nobody even notices and they have supreme build quality.

I am not familiar with barefoot shoes, are these considered to be that or just very thin soled shoes?
