literally the opposite of what he thinks is true: hrt is trivially accessible, you just need a doctor to eyeball you and determine you're not bro enough. BUT, only if you're cis.
another fun fact along these lines: in the UK, you can get hrt over the counter, but only if you're an old cis woman
