Do Costco membership cards look the same around the world? (i.ibb.co)

I upgraded to Executive a couple of years ago and got this very classy black card. Do they look the same everywhere? I assume the URL printed on the card varies, but what about everything else?

I just checked my Canada membership card, and it looks the same.

I wonder why the Canada version is English only instead of bilingual. Do they have a French version?
