Here ya go. Less safe than monitored by a doctor but listen it’s your body you should have the right to alter it as you wish even if doctors disagree, though you bear all risks of whether or not that’s a good decision.

I'm no expert - not being in possession of breasts (or Hotwheels cars) - but I imagine the angle is a bit tricky with ones own breasts. It'd be hard to get the same kind of view one would get on someone else's, you're kinda locked to one viewpoint
