Fortunately no. It was about my depression and intrusive thoughts.
I was recommended a good set of techniques for these. I also struggled crazy with intrusive thoughts. It's called ACT. The book explaining is called "a liberated mind". These conditions can be improved :) good luck!
I know what you mean, but "good luck" doesn't seem to have a good omen lol.
