Believe it or not, blizzard support was once considered the best. They were effective, fast and they even stayed in character when possible for added fun. Then they got outsourced...

I started playing back in WotLK and it was already not great. It got slowly worse the longer I played.

Support outsourcing started shortly before TBC launch.

Did they just drop an expansion or major update? It used to get really bad when they did either of those things.

They added in a battle royal type game mode yesterday.
