Why did god give the ability to the surgeon to remove it safely.
Seems like pointless busy work to give someone a tumor just to give someone the ability to remove it.
God is a hack writer.
Maybe part of a scheme to transfer money from the families of the people with the tumors to the medical insurance companies. Check to see if He's a shareholder.
