I heard lemmy.ml bans/removes things critical of China/CCP, but haven't tested it yet. Maybe someone may chime in with experiences.

TLDR: posts critical of the Chinese ruling party seems to be getting taken down, including mainstream news articles
that being said, I personally just arrived here, have had zero censorship experiences here so far, and am hoping for the best
God damn that is so disturbing. I'm already losing hope for this platform if things like this are already happening. People should be free to speak as they please.
