It's funny to think about people being trapped in a holodeck program that's gone berserk and, like, they have to try and find each other in the hologram but can't even though they aren't more than 10 feet away.
How exactly did that work?
It sure seemed like they could walk, and walk and never hit a wall.
Infinity treadmill?
My understanding is that it uses force fields to give you an infinite treadmill, yeah.
