Why are you getting back pain at 23? You're barely off the teat!
I mean, getting in shape has made my knees feel better. And when I talk with the grey beards they corroborate. If the pain is muscular fix your muscles
For me it’s a genetic connective tissue disorder. Apparently it shouldn’t have been super easy for me to touch my toes my whole life…
I had back pain at 10... gym though. My back may still be shit but at least it doesn't hurt all the time.
Oooof were you forced to hit the gym at 10 or what or did you do it by yourself?
As far as I can tell crappy mattresses and deciding to sleep on the floor instead, the springs don't poke you when you sleep on the floor. There was probably other things like not being a very athletic child that worsened it. I distinctly remember in school staying in the class room sitting in a chair rather than going for break because my back hurt too much. Moving a cupboard while my Dad dragged me up the stairs really fucked it... Then my Mum giving me whip lash at the go kart track 3 years ago.
I can see how my comment makes it out that it was the gym causing back pain rather than the gym and lifting heavy things later in life helping my back not hurt every day.
Buy good mattresses people!
It wasn't really intense pain, but a slight but definitely noticeable inconvenience. The cause is probably from the copious amounts of sitting (office and also at home, because winter eeeh) and seriously low steps / day (1000-2000) daily.
Also maybe I shouldn't sit on a crappy "gaming" chair at home. Premium chairs are hella expensive tho :((
