Is there a way to filter out NSFW? (lemmy.world)

I appreciate that the NSFW posts are blurred, that helps a lot. But sometimes somebody else is looking, so it is possible to filter out NSFW posts completely? Thanks I love this app :D

Alternatively, you could also register at feddit.de. They block NFSW instances. But otherwise everything is there, so no disadvantages just because it is a German instance.
