MODERATORS
The 65kg load rating is probably per tire, so your bike's max load (based on the tires) would be around130kg. That being said, that's just the tires and not all the other components. You would also be putting more weight on the rear wheel than the front.
I'd look your bike up on the manufacturer's website to find the max load rating.
